Stonebridge Estate, established in 1996 on 50 hectares of former farmland, is a garden its owners see for only three months each summer. It must be at its peak the day they arrive, every year, through four alpine seasons. Kate Campbell Gardens and Residences has maintained it since 2023, restoring soil and plant health across formal entrance gardens and relaxed pond gardens.
Temporary windbreak fencing catches autumn leaves before they hit the ponds, which are emptied and de-silted each September to protect water quality in Lake Hayes; compost comes from a local food-waste initiative. The owners call the garden truly magical.
