A residential development at Meadowbank called for a vibrant, low-maintenance landscape on a tight urban site with limited access and ongoing construction. Top Garden delivered a podium courtyard garden of Corten steel planters with built-in timber seating, a structured driveway with cantilevered car parks, and riparian planting.
A smart detail sets the planters on Nurajacks so rusty runoff drains beneath the pavers rather than staining them. Materials were chosen for durability and year-round greenery, including artificial lawn on the podium slab and a low-maintenance aluminium fence, with HIAB trucks lifting heavy materials to the elevated podium.
