On a cherished Fendalton site, an earthquake-damaged family home made way for a new architectural home and a landscape to match. The clients wanted timeless elegance with family functionality, where outdoor living flows into play for generations to come.
Xteriorscapes delivered a copper-clad entry gate, a generous pool and spa enclosure, and a cohesive palette of tile, decking, concrete, glass, rendered block and copper, alongside a cricket-pitch-sized lawn. An automatic louvre roof and outdoor gas fireplace shelter a level-access timber deck, with an outdoor kitchen for endless entertaining.
