Mace Landscape Group is one of Auckland’s leading landscaping companies, specialising in commercial and high-end residential projects across the greater Auckland area.

We require an experienced foreman to join our Landscape division.

The Role:

You will be responsible for running landscape construction sites from start to finish, including:

• Leading and organising a team of landscapers
• Reading plans and setting out projects accurately
• Managing daily workflow and site productivity
• Coordinating deliveries, materials and subcontractors
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and presentation
• Communicating with project managers and clients
• Ensuring projects stay on programme and within scope
• Upholding strong health & safety standards

What We’re Looking For

We’re not looking for someone who just “turns up and works”.
We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of a site.

The right person will have:

• Practical experience, 4-5 years
• Strong experience in landscape construction
• Proven ability to lead and organise crews
• Excellent skills in hard landscaping
• Ability to read plans and set out work accurately
• Strong problem-solving ability on site
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Pride in delivering high-quality work
